There are two types of weather: weather that is predictable and weather that happens without a forecast.
There is also weather that cannot be predicted, and it is called a weather balloon.

The word weather can mean a lot of things, but it is usually not very clear about what it means.
Weather can be classified as: A weather condition that is unpredictable, or that is very difficult to predict; A weather phenomena that can be expected, or not; A system of disturbances that affects weather conditions, usually by making them worse; or A weather system that has been identified by a meteorological research group, but which has not yet been named.
A weather balloon is an aerial observation system that captures radar signals and sends them back to the ground.
It provides a detailed map of what the air is like over different times and places, which gives an accurate forecast of the weather.
An aircraft can be a weather-related device.
It uses its own onboard radar, a radio receiver, and other equipment to receive weather information.
An airplane has an engine, and its wings, tires, wheels, and propellers are connected to a compressor and air brakes.
An engine, or the propellers, are used to lift the aircraft.
They also have their own fuel and oxidiser tanks.
There can be several types of engines, and the most common are piston engines, turboprop engines, diesel engines, gas-electric motors, and electric-generators.
There also are electric motors, but most are not powered by the engine.
